Paula also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and works with business leaders to enhance creativity, social connection, and well-being in the workplace. She also actively supports entrepreneurial well-being through the EntreThrive community.

Following completion of her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied under the renowned co-founder of Positive Psychology, Martin Seligman, Paula launched the SocialWell Collective where she advocates for social prescribing, using music and wonder as a means to foster social connection.

Her story is one of hope. One of incredible determination to not only get through the hardest days, but to stand up for herself and live the life she wanted to live. Paula is on a mission to share how she achieved this and pass on the positive daily habits she carries with her today.

When I first heard Paula’s story of healing and resilience through play, I had an immediate connection and knew that others would benefit from her story too. Collision Conference provided a perfect stage for her to share her strength in a compelling way, and her words left a lasting impact on the audience. Not only is her story of resilience impressive, but the work she’s done to build that resilience in others is admirable. I would highly recommend Paula as a speaker and writer, a thought leader in promoting creativity and play as a way to nurture empathy, resilience and well-being.”
